Returns Information

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Should you wish to return your purchases for either a refund or exchange please email info@sport-direct.co.uk to request a Returns Form. Complete the Returns Form and return the item within 14 days of receipt in new condition, with the original packaging and labelling. Please note that returns can only be accepted with a fully completed Returns Form.

Firstly, please email info@sport-direct.co.uk to request a returns form, then print the Return Form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods to:

Unwanted items should be in new condition, in the original packaging, labelling and with a copy of printed and fully completed Return Form. Please note you are responsible for paying all return postage charges unless the product you receive has a fault or is damaged, has been sent to you incorrectly due to a picking error, does not conform to its description, is not fit for purpose, or is not of satisfactory quality and is considered defective. Note that damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective and is beyond our responsibility.

Any items that you return to us are at your own risk. We therefore strongly advise all customers to take reasonable care when returning any items, for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier. For this reason, we recommend that you return your items via trackable and insured delivery for your protection. Please state clearly on the Return Form the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, we are only able to exchange items for the same product.

When returning products, you have a legal duty to take reasonable care to ensure that Sport Direct Ltd receive the returned products and that they are not damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns which are not made in the original packaging, labelling and in a re-sellable condition. Should any returns be refused we will notify you in writing with a full explanation.

Any items returned to us as being faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technical team. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete may be returned to the sender and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. If your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.

Some goods are non-returnable for Health & Safety reasons.

Please note that our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights which are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed 14 days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of receipt of the original order back to us.

If you return goods claiming they are defective or faulty, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, except in the case of a full or part purchase of goods using a gift voucher.

If any product purchased with a gift voucher is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a gift voucher. If your purchase was partially paid for on gift voucher and a refund is payable to you, your gift voucher will be refunded up to the card's original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the gift voucher used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new gift voucher to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card's original value.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from a non-EU country, please clearly mark the package as a 'Customer Returns'. Failure to do so may mean we may not be able to process your refund within the expected timeframe.

Right to Cancel

According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. You must notify us of intent to cancel in writing, by contacting us at:
